2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization
3. Service Scope and Limitations
3.1 Services Provided
We provide professional IT support services including but not limited to:
- Network setup and configuration
- Computer repair and maintenance
- Data backup and recovery
- Remote support services
- Custom PC assembly
3.2 Service Limitations
Our services are subject to the following limitations:
- We cannot guarantee resolution of all technical issues
- Some issues may require hardware replacement at additional cost
- Services are dependent on client cooperation and access
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage
4. Service Fees and Payment

4.2 Payment Terms
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge
- We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid accounts
4.3 Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust quotes if:
- The scope of work changes
- Additional issues are discovered during service
- Client provides inaccurate information
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Appointment Cancellation
- 24+ hours notice: No charge
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of scheduled service fee
- No show: 100% of scheduled service fee
5.2 Service Cancellation
For ongoing services, 30 days written notice is required for cancellation.
6. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant necessary access to systems and premises
- Back up important data before service commencement
- Ensure safe working conditions for our technicians
- Pay invoices according to agreed terms
7. Warranties and Guarantees
7.1 Service Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty on labor for all services, excluding:
- Issues caused by client modification or interference
- Problems with third-party software or hardware
- New issues unrelated to the original service
7.2 Hardware Warranty
Hardware components are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not liable for data loss - clients are responsible for backups
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, website, and materials remain our property. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials
- Reverse engineer our solutions or methodologies
- Use our branding without written permission
9. Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your business information. You agree to:
- Keep our pricing and business methods confidential
- Not solicit our employees or contractors
- Respect our proprietary processes and knowledge
10. Website Use Terms
10.1 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website to:
- Transmit malicious code or spam
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
